Busy weeknights? These mini turkey meatloaves are the answer.
Packed with protein and totally customizable, they’re perfect for dinner or meal prep. Mix them up in minutes, pop them in the oven, and optionally add a dollop of BBQ or hot sauce for a flavor boost. Family-friendly, freezer-friendly, and weeknight-approved.
🥣 What You Need:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup each: milk, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp each: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
- Optional: hot sauce, BBQ sauce, or your fave condiment
📝 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
